I am Residential Construction Certified and a Certified New Home Specialist. I’ve also built spec homes and flipped homes, allowing me to guide my clients with personal experience in maximizing the value of real estate. I also have a soft spot in my heart for the senior community and am a Certified Senior Real Estate Specialist, part of the top 2% of Real Estate Agent who are trained to serve the senior community, offering a comprehensive, compassionate, and informed approach to senior home sales and relocations. I have extensive training in Relocation, assisting clients when transitioning due to job relocation, ensuring the process is as seamless as possible. I am also a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist: no matter the price point, my signature listing program ensures your home receives the best marketing exposure to sell quickly and at top dollar. Finally, I am a Residential Second Property Specialist, advising and serving clients with a goal of acquiring additional homes and/or investment properties.

When I'm not serving clients, I’m a happily married wife and mom of two teenage boys, a dog, a cat and two equines. I’m passionate about the Colorado lifestyle—whether it's skiing with my family in the winter, boating with them in the summer, hiking, camping or competitively jumping my horses, I’m proud to call this state home. I attended CU Boulder and am an avid supporter of the Broncos. As a Colorado native, I understand the unique lifestyle that Colorado offers and am deeply attuned to the true value of this state and the unique offerings of the cities and towns within.
